Helped Chan and Dom out for the Exhibition Launch of Splattt! at The Arts House. Nana and i were put in-charge of F&B, again. (the last being Discover camp back in j2) and as usual Dom wanted: good, cheap and (wayy) below budget. We did what we could and we pulled it off. again! hahahah. We're like the best there is for any event that requires refreshments. haha. and we had our own nametags just for helping to order food! haha how cool is that! its been a while since i wore a nametag, so pardon the excitement. :)
well, we didnt burn a hole in chan's pocket for the event, but i think we did when we chose Outback Steakhouse for dinner. haha. with us ordering appetizers and polishing them off before he even arrived and ordering 10 oz ribeyes cos the carnivore in us were craving the sweet juices of medium-rare meat. drinks after at Paulners', colins treat. and it was a good laugh listening to dom rattling off how you can differentiate buses and their interior with the licenseplate it has. HAHA!
it was a fun day (though we just walked up and down, either acting busy or "looking pretty" as colin puts it) and i cant wait for the Auction! (:
it's been a long while since ive stayed in school till 10plus and watch the school empty out. but thats exactly what sam, pf and i did today while trying to complete our excel assignment due today (tuesday) and all thanks to the almighty pf who won the battle against Excel, otherwise we're all screwed. big time. we even had lunch and dinner in school. how rare is that. haha! but i predict more to come since we've got about 4 more of such assignments to complete before this half of the sem is over.
